To those who have been affected by the novel coronavirus infection, their families, and everyone involved, we extend our heartfelt wishes for a swift recovery. Our thoughts and prayers are with those who have lost their lives.

Our company, too, has been deeply shaken by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Since our founding, we have mainly engaged in e-commerce for overseas markets, serving customers in seven countries, including the United States and Europe. In our second year of operation, with new clients and employees joining us, things seemed to be going smoothly. However, the threat of the novel coronavirus soon overwhelmed us.

At first, we hoped the situation would quickly settle down, but soon, international logistics came to a standstill, and there were clients we couldn’t get in touch with anymore. We faced challenges where the shipped products, worth more than twice our monthly sales, could not be tracked. Day and night, we explained the situation to our customers and handled refund requests. There were moments when our spirits were almost broken, but the encouragement from our customers, clients, and employees helped us stay resilient.

Following that period, we began efforts to diversify our business pillars, which were previously focused solely on overseas markets. We strengthened our domestic e-commerce, ventured into IT consulting, and insurance agency services. These became new pillars of our business, transforming us from what we used to be during the pandemic.

Our core philosophy of “Appreciating the small joys of everyday life,” which we held since the founding, remains unchanged. Despite facing numerous challenges and uncertainties, we developed greater flexibility and agility as a company.

In this ever-changing world, we know that our success is built on the support of those we’ve worked with and continue to work with. With your support, we will continue to embrace challenges and progress ahead.

Sincerely,

Yukari Seki, Representative Director
